The Director of Global Technology will lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of ERP and MES platforms, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA. This role ensures end-to-end integration across production, logistics, warehousing, transportation, finance, HR, plant maintenance, and quality, driving efficiency, reliability, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the ERP roadmap in line with business priorities.
• Lead deployment and optimization of SAP modules (PP, FI, CO, PM, QM, EWM).
• Standardize and digitize core processes such as Hire-to-Retire, Record-to-Report, and Plan-to-Make.
• Leverage ERP/MES/SCADA to improve predictive maintenance, plant uptime, and quality assurance.
• Oversee integration with MES, SCADA, and mobile applications; enable real-time reporting and analytics.
• Partner with operations, finance, supply chain, sales, and IT to align systems with business outcomes.
• Build and lead ERP and transformation teams, ensuring delivery and capability growth.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of ERP leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior management or transformation roles.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and key modules; experience in MES/SCADA integration.
• Proven track record in ERP program delivery, business process re-engineering, and manufacturing optimization.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, able to connect ERP outcomes to business performance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Finance, or Business; SAP certifications preferred.
