With clients ranging from multinationals to fast-growing innovators, they’re known for delivering high-quality, customized solutions that combine functionality, quality, and sustainability.
We’re now looking for a Group Key Account Manager ready to take ownership of strategic accounts and lead a high-performing commercial team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow key relationships with major FMCG clients.
- Lead a team of four and report directly to the Commercial Director.
- Drive strategic sales across both B2C and B2B segments aligning packaging solutions to meet the needs of each
- Work closely with FMCG-related sectors to grow the masterbatch product line
- Create, analyze, and present commercial reports data fluency is essential
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in Key Account Management or Commercial Sales, ideally with exposure to leading FMCG brands
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in handling commercial reporting
- A great communicator fluent in Thai with excellent English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with packaging trends and sustainability initiatives is a plus
- Proven cross-functional leadership with the ability to guide both strategy and execution
- Someone who thrives in a competitive, fast-moving environment
