As the Group Key Account Manager, you’ll have an exciting role in developing strategies, executing plans, understanding customers, and managing relationships to achieve the company’s goals.
You’ll work closely with the Trade Marketing team to implement marketing strategies and activities for each assigned account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the leadership of the super & hyper channel, guiding the team in the development of customer business plans that align with the company’s strategic direction.
  • Take charge of Joint Business Planning (JBP) and Business Review processes, with the aim of achieving targets and identifying lucrative growth opportunities with the customer.
  • Implement approved plans with precision and adeptly manage the allocated budget to ensure the successful attainment of targets.
  • Foster an in-depth understanding of the customer’s business and trajectory to forge enduring and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Meticulously monitor and manage the financial performance of the account, ensuring optimal profitability and proactively identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Propose innovative initiatives to drive business development with customers, encompassing strategies to bolster sales and streamline cost structures.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both Thai (native) and English languages is a prerequisite for this position.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of extensive experience as a Group Key Account Manager in the consumer products industry is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and communication skills, essential for cultivating and nurturing robust business relationships.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning abilities to efficiently manage multiple accounts.
  • A results-oriented and proactive mindset, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial understanding.
  • A strategic thinker with the capability to identify and capitalise on lucrative business opportunities.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, characterised by open-mindedness, energy, and proactive engagement.
  • Confidence, competitiveness, and effective team collaboration skills are integral to success in this role.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, consistently focused on achieving targets.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced functions like Pivot tables.
