Group Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Group Key Account Manager to join a leading food and beverage company. The Group Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding key customer accounts to achieve sales targets and strengthen company’s position in the market.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong business acumen, and a proven track record in driving business growth within the food and beverage industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Regularly engage with clients to address their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and business plans for key accounts. Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and lead efforts to secure additional sales and projects. Expand the company’s presence in the food and beverage market through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Utilize this information to make data-driven decisions and stay ahead in the market.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables for key accounts.


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in key account management in FMCG industry
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Good communication and networking capabilities both internally and externally
