This position might be perfect for you if you have more than 13 years in Big 4 and corporate finance experience, proven expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, and system/process improvements, strong commercial acumen with experience supporting pricing and growth initiatives. You will need to have excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills (English & Filipino); and also, hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to “roll up sleeves” while leading a finance team.

In this role you will lead all financial reporting, planning, analysis, and budgeting processes; partner with sales, operations, and business development to establish robust KPI tracking and profitability analysis by site, line of business, and client; and drive productivity initiatives and support operational decision-making. You will also ensure timely management reporting, audits, and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, oversee capital structure management, including negotiations with lenders, debt servicing, and working capital optimization and support commercial teams with pricing for contract renewals and new business.
