Are you a top performing Marketing Manager/ Brand Manager in FMCG or in B2B  industry who is now looking to develop into a Head of Market Activation in multinational building material company and is known as a customer top of mind in their field?

You will  have 10 years marketing experience with both consumer marketing , brand marketing, trade marketing would be advantageous . This company is a leading manufacturer building material product. You will be given the opportunities to lead and oversee market activation strategy and drive marketing excellence execution to achieve business goals by

• Formulate market activation strategy and direction on how to generate growth from targeted market via campaigns, events, and experiences that generates company’s brand equity.
• Develop go-to market strategy and commercial launch plan both product and experience.
• Develop communication strategy and plan to ensure that our value proposition and brand proposition are registered in consumer’s mind and become their top of mind over time.

You would be reporting to VP Marketing, based in Thailand.  This company is both stable, profitable and has laid out a positive growth strategy for the short and medium term.

What will you bring to the table?
You will bring at least 10 years of marketing experience in developing and implementing media strategies, brand management, product development, channel strategy and consumer research. Our client would be particularly keen on speaking to candidates with experience in the following areas: FMCG and building material or related industries who is strategic, hands-on, and strong experience in stake holder management.
