Are you a seasoned sales leader with deep experience in Thailand’s Traditional Trade landscape? We’re searching for a Head of Traditional Trade to lead nationwide strategy, execution, and growth for a top-tier FMCG player.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the Traditional Trade channel overseeing distributor management, team leadership, sales execution, and P&L accountability. You’ll be the critical link between strategic planning and in-market results, ensuring long-term, sustainable growth across all regions.
This position offers a clear growth path toward Sales Director for the right candidate, someone ready to take full channel ownership and step into broader commercial leadership in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive Traditional Trade strategy across Thailand.
- Manage full P&L and optimize trade spend effectiveness.
- Lead and grow a high-performing sales team (RSMs, ASMs).
- Strengthen nationwide distributor networks and expand market coverage.
- Partner cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Use data to inform forecasting, sales planning, and execution tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years in FMCG sales, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Strong track record in Traditional Trade and distributor management.
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with sharp execution skills.
- Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
