You will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the business’s overall objectives.
You will provide support on the development of HR policies, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and lead initiatives to create an engaged, highly productive workforce. You will be called upon to provide advice to senior leaders on all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and learning & development.
You will also act as a change agent, promoting positive change within the company and driving HR initiatives that will enhance the company’s competitive edge. You will be a strategic partner to the business and will need to be comfortable making decisions, as well as influencing and motivating others. You must have a strong understanding of HR best practices, as well as a proven track record of successfully leading HR initiatives.
