Indirect Procurement Manager – 12-Month Contract

We are seeking an accomplished Indirect Procurement Manager for a 12-month contract with a highly respected Singapore-headquartered multinational. The Role
You will lead indirect procurement activity with a primary focus on corporate services and business services categories in Singapore, while also supporting global procurement initiatives to consolidate suppliers and optimise spend across international offices. The position offers a blend of local strategic responsibility and global scope, requiring both operational excellence and forward-thinking category management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver category management strategies for Facilities Management and ICT Procurement (hardware, software, services).
- Lead negotiations, manage large-scale contract renewals, and ensure supplier performance meets business objectives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across functions and geographies to identify cost optimisation opportunities and supplier consolidation initiatives.
- Support transformation initiatives within the procurement function, contributing to process improvements and best practices.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ indirect procurement experience with proven results in facilities management procurement, including large-scale contracts and renewals.
- Experience in technology procurement across hardware, software, and ICT services.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with a track record of delivering value.
- Ability to work effectively in a lean team, demonstrating agility, strategic thinking, and hands-on delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
