Reporting directly to the GM. The role is responsible for actively seeking new business opportunities to expand company’s portfolio and revenue. At the same time, developing marketing plans of key products, and ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement marketing activities in order to improve organization’s market position.
ob Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Research and identify potential new manufacturers or new products to expand company business through partnerships or acquisitions
- Initiate conversation with potential manufacturers to discuss distribution partnerships
- Evaluate the opportunities through research and customer feedback, and provide recommendations to senior management
- Analyse financial impact. Secure project approval from senior management, and take the lead for follow up meetings with potential new partners until distribution agreements are signed
- Coordinate for the required pre-launch, launch, and post-launch process
Marketing:
- Collaborate with commercial leads to develop product strategy and promotional plans and collaborate with internal staff particularly with sales team to implement the plans
- Ensure promotional activities provide positive impact to the business in both short and long term
- Develop and engage Key Opinion Leaders for key products advocacy
- Liaise with business partners to secure the right level of support
Others:
- Be a primary contact for business partner interaction
- Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English command (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing),
- Thai nationality only
- Must hold Bachelor’s Degree in health related sciences (e.g. Nurse, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Medical Technology). MBA is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in the healthcare industry in the hospital channel
- Work experience in the same capacity in medical device industry will be an advantage
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation and negotiating skill

- Able to travel nationwide and overseas as required
