Job Description: Marketing Communication Executive

We are seeking a highly professional Marketing Communication Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Communication Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing integrated marketing communication campaigns and shopfront materials. You will also be responsible for analyzing target audience behavior, recommending appropriate media channels, and maximizing campaign outcomes to achieve our objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive briefs and oversee the end-to-end process of integrated marketing communication campaigns, including the production of creative key visuals, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, display bases, stands, etc.
  • Analyze target audience behavior and interests to identify the most effective media channels, adapting data to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate and manage brand events hosted by the marketing division, such as press events, touch-and-try events, etc.
  • Monitor campaign results and identify areas for improvement, sharing findings with relevant team members for future enhancements.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that advertisements, campaign microsites, POP translations, etc., comply with local regulations and align with our regional marketing communication teams.
  • Manage monthly and annual advertising and promotion (A&P) budgets, providing accurate forecasts and timely reports for assigned categories, including Direct, PC, and Cross Category.
  • Request A&P budget allocations in the system and provide guidance to stakeholders on A&P budget utilization.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on local and regional A&P activities as per the requested timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work under deadlines, handle pressure, and dedicate extra hours if required to meet project demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
