Scope of Responsibility:
- Effectively selling beef offals to China.
- Develop opportunities in target markets.
- Responsible for inventory management.
- Assist operations team with information for transportation movement in order to meet desired shipment schedules and avoid unnecessary costs.
- Maintain and develop relationship with key customers.
- Assists the team to grow market share and diversify products and origins sold into the market.
- Position inventory for assigned customers and/or team.

Experience & Education:
- 3-5 years trading experience in Meat business into China
- Specific selling experience with Beef Offals
- A proven history of developing customer or vendor market share
- Ability to bring new customers
- Transportation knowledge
- Knowledge of claims, credit and operations procedures
- University Degree
