We are looking for Sales leader who has experience in managing Modern trade sales channels and 7-11 accounts. You will need to be strong in sales management for the accounts mentioned. You must act like an entrepreneur with a hands-on attitude and have expertise and knowledge in sales, also having worked with leading Modern Trade retail groups as well as 7-11 account across the Traditional Trade in Thailand. If you have experience managing distributors in Myanmar markets, then it is a plus.
As the Head of Sales, you will oversee Thailand and Myanmar markets. Expanding sales channels and develop key account strategies in line with the market requirements enabling the achievement of sales and trade spending targets. You will monitor and manage performance against KPIs based on key account strategies.
The purpose of this position is to increase revenue and drive down costs by negotiating with MT buyers such as BigC, Tesco. You will engage with and leverage strong relationships with key customers to ensure overall smooth sales operations by continuously engaging with customers, analysing their needs, giving feedback on operations, and ensuring timely collections.
In this position you will report directly to the GM (TH & Myanmar) with will manage 4-5 salespeople under your wing. The company currently has 2 distributors that you will have to work closely with to maximise costs and increase revenue.
This position will be in central Bangkok. Our client has an established and growing business in APAC with key market presence in Korea, Japan, Philippine, and Australian New Zealand and is now strategically expanding its footprint across India, China and Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar.
