A high-impact role for a Process Engineer Leader based in Kalasin, Thailand, driving operational excellence, process optimization, and safety improvements across manufacturing sites.

This position leads technical initiatives, supports complex projects, mentors junior engineers, and delivers innovation in the food, pharmaceutical, or fine chemical industries.

Requires 5+ years of engineering experience from Food, Pharma/Healthcare or Fine Chemicals, strong process engineer and EHS knowledge, and native Thai language skills and fluency in English. Able to travel up to 30%.
