You will be leading all engineering functions of multiple plants in the business including engineering operational excellence, CI, project management, compliance and safety, Lean Six Sigma, and overall team management.
You will be reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer and to work closely with other senior leaders in another department.
We want to hear from you if…
- You have more than 10 years of experience in leading all engineering functions from Food or Beverage manufacturing business.
- You have proven record/achievements within engineering, Continuous Improvement, Lean manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Project management across multiple sites.
- You have strong leadership skills.
