As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities in your region, including brand positioning, consumer insights, campaign development, and trade marketing. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive brand awareness and growth.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform campaign development and messaging.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective trade marketing initiatives.
Oversee creative agencies to ensure that all marketing communications are on-brand and effective.
Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to track performance and identify areas for optimization.
Provide market intelligence and insights to cross-functional teams to inform product development and innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing,
preferably in the beverage industry;
Regional exposure is a must;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Creative thinking and ability to innovate.
