Operating with a lean and entrepreneurial mindset, the business is now enhancing its regional sales structure to support ongoing expansion and stronger market coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional sales strategy and drive revenue growth across multiple Asia Pacific markets.
- Manage distributor and retail partnerships while identifying new market opportunities.
- Oversee account management, channel development, and commercial planning.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure strong brand execution and market presence.
- Deliver year-on-year sales performance and long-term business growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- 7–10 years’ experience in regional sales, commercial, or business development roles within FMCG, consumer, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing diverse markets across Asia Pacific.
- Exposure to distribution center (DC) management is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong relationship builder with solid commercial and analytical skills.
- Ambitious, adaptable, and motivated to grow with a regional business.
