Job Title: Retail Manager – Luxury Products

Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve sales targets, closely monitoring both online and offline performance.
- Forecast and manage stock levels to ensure balanced inventory and availability across all stores.
- Cultivate strong relationships with retailers to ensure smooth store operations.
- Provide supervision and coaching to the field team, focusing on sales targets and expertise in omni business, CRM, and service mindsets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support new initiatives and product launches.
- Prepare monthly reports and maintain documentation.
- Work with the regional team to implement retail guidelines and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Thai native speaker and excellent written and spoken English communication skills is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail industry with previous team leadership experience.
- Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously is highly advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to make logical decisions and take responsibility.
- Effective leadership skills and self-motivation.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
