My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their team in a pivotal Sales Strategy and Leadership role focused on driving growth in the APAC region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy for SGMY Cluster, ensuring profitability and alignment with APAC growth objectives
- Lead the planning and successful execution of product launches, ensuring effective implementation
- Build and manage a high-performance sales team, setting goals and providing coaching and guidance to drive exceptional results
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and partners, fostering trust and collaboration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, finance, and other departments, to support sales objectives
- Analyze sales data for the region, regularly reporting on achievements versus budget, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Expand our market share in the digital and retail sectors, utilizing your expertise and strategic mindset
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within FMCG, or Consumer Appliances
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Strong passion for growing businesses within specific regions
- Driven and highly motivated, with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding goals
