Job Title: Sales Director
Please note that this role is open to Thai Nationals only
We are helping a leading FMCG company, known for the market leading brand to search for an experienced Head of Sales to join the team and be responsible for the Sales Turnover of total domestic sales
- Manage & develop salesforce in Sales Division, including providing direction and sharing best practices to Distributors’ salesforce and outsourced promotion taskforce.
- Identify areas of improvement and drive discussion with management on how to improve and execute strategic actions upon sustainable business growth.
- To achieve the sales budget of domestic Thailand by managing and ensuring the sales team to have proper sales coverage, distribution, display and merchandising and planning and execution of sales promotion
- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in leading sales team in FMCG industry with at least 5 years of experience in Management level
- Experience in both Traditional and Modern Trade sales Channel & and trade marketing management will be an advantage
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Fluent in English Communication
