Sales Manager – Material Handling Devices

Our client is a well-established and respected European Logistic Equipment (material handling device) manufacturing company who is looking for a Sales Manager to support the expanding business.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the international sales and project management within a designated region.
Your key responsibilities encompass achieving the annual sales target for the company in the Asia Pacific Region. You will actively contribute to marketing and sales strategies aimed at optimizing outcomes in your designated sales area. You will engage in project execution and after-sales services to address and resolve customer complaints and claims. Building and sustaining meaningful relationships with customers in your sales area will be an integral aspect of your role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify market opportunities within the business sector.
- Cultivate relationships with potential and existing customers, key account, and prospect customers.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to advise customers on technical solutions.
- Monitor and negotiate sale prices and margins.
- Generate visit and sale reports.
- Keep up to date with new market and competitive developments in products and processes.
You need to have at least 5 years’ experience preferably in sales related to Intralogistics Equipment, packaging, or food processing. Additionally, you should enjoy working with various international and local conglomerates.
The role is based in Thailand; Proficiency in both English and Thai is required to coordinate with internal stakeholders in Asia.
Being a Sales Manager in an expanding business will require extensive travelling and regular customer visits!
