Sales Manager (Software)

Join a team of sales pioneers at at this global software company, where you’ll have the opportunity to build a new team while driving growth and bringing cutting-edge software solutions to businesses across Thailand and South East Asia. My client has been supporting their customers from a wide range of industries (FSI, Manufacturing, Consumer, Retail etc…) for more than 50 years!

With a view to becoming the country manager, this role would suit a dynamic and motivated SaaS sales professional, to lead the charge and help customers succeed with technology. 

A base salary will be provided based on the value you bring to the role, along with an attrative OTE scheme + Stock Options!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for Thailand and South East Asia to achieve growth targets
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, and serve as a trusted advisor for their technology needs
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and drive the sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technical teams, to ensure successful customer engagement and outcomes
  • Stay current with industry trends and market insights to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Mentor and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve their goals and drive the business forward.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales success in the software industry, with at least 8 years of experience
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome challenges and drive results
  • Passion for technology and a drive to help customers succeed.
