Senior Brand Innovation Manager (BH-1785)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Brand Innovation Manager to join our team. As the Brand Innovation Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Brand Innovation to drive brand growth and co-develop the innovation pipeline for responsible brand(s). Your main responsibilities will include leading innovation launch initiatives, strategic planning, financial analysis, pipeline development, and commercialization activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand Innovation to develop and implement the innovation pipeline and growth engine for responsible brand(s).
  • Take the lead in innovation launch initiatives for brands within the assigned category, aligning with the Innovation and Strategic Growth Roadmap to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Spearhead annual and long-term strategic planning for innovation, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Develop and present business cases to senior management to support new product launches and long-term pipeline development.
  • Identify category trends and conduct research to uncover unmet consumer needs, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to generate valuable insights.
  • Manage various marketing activities, including market research, packaging development, and pricing recommendations.
  • Foster relationships with internal marketing service partners and external agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of successful brand marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle pressure effectively.
  • Results-driven, innovative, and passionate about driving brand growth.
  • Strong organizational and timeline management skills, demonstrating a bias for action.
  • Trusted and transparent business partner with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Proven track record of driving change and consistently delivering results.
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English languages.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
