Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

- Develop and articulate comprehensive marketing strategies for Thailand while actively seeking synergies within the ASEAN region.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and maintain exceptional in-market communication.
- Implement holistic project management approaches to attain target objectives effectively.
- Conduct continuous analysis of business performance, market dynamics, and competitor landscape to identify critical issues and innovative business opportunities through in-depth analysis.
- Lead the development of communication strategies and media planning.
- Oversee the digital communication platform for your designated category.
- Regularly assess pre and post-advertising tests, evaluate media effectiveness (both offline and online), and provide key insights and recommendations to enhance performance.
- Formulate insights to shape the direction of responsible brand concepts, serving as a catalyst for achieving business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to create successful Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with retail customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Production Center, Headquarters Marketing, and other relevant departments for successful product launches and relaunch activities.
- Provide coaching and guidance to a team of brand managers.
- Possess a master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager in multinational FMCG companies.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and strategic thinking.
- Demonstrate proactivity, a results-driven mindset, adaptability to change, creativity, quick learning ability, an appreciation for aesthetics, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Thai and English.
- Possess excellent computer literacy.
