As a key member of the Compensation and Benefits function, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and monitoring global rewards initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing various aspects of our global rewards strategy. Your primary focus will be on data analytics and salary reviews, where you will conduct comprehensive research and analysis, utilizing market-based compensation surveys to provide key insights into relevant compensation topics. Additionally, you will play a vital role in the global rollout of a job evaluation project, contributing to the evaluation and implementation of this initiative. As part of the COE Rewards team, you will support ongoing work and projects by preparing merit matrices, budget scenarios, and assisting in salary reviews for senior executives and expatriates. Your analytical skills will be crucial in conducting analysis of global annual pay reviews, including merit movement and comp-ratio. Overall, you will actively contribute to building reports, trackers, and databases related to HR and compensation, ensuring the success of various COE Rewards initiatives and projects.
