We’re working with a client in the premium global food space who’s looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to join their growing international team. Based in Bangkok, this is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape commercial strategy and lead sales transformation in one of their fastest-growing markets. This is a full-time, permanent role with great compensation and a chance to play a big role in shaping their Thailand sales strategy.
They’re growing fast and shifting from a traditional sales model to a more FMCG-style, data-led approach. If you enjoy building structure, bringing fresh thinking, and helping teams evolve, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing key accounts across modern trade, convenience stores, traditional retail, and general trade
- Growing sales and category performance with smart planning and clear execution
- Working closely with marketing, operations, and regional teams to roll out strategies that work on the ground
- Leading and developing distributor and sales agent partnerships
- Supporting recruitment and coaching for the local sales team
- Contributing to sales forecasts, budgets, and helping build a high-performing team culture
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in key account management (ideally in FMCG, retail, or fresh produce)
- Strong relationships with major retailers in Thailand
- A mix of commercial instinct, data-driven thinking, and negotiation skill
- Native Thai speaker with good English communication
- Someone who enjoys working in evolving environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
