We are representing a leading retail group in Singapore to recruit a Senior Manager, Project Management for their warehouse and distribution center (DC) operations.

This role is a critical part of the organization’s transformation journey, driving large-scale projects across their DC and warehouse network. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end project management—from solution design and automation implementation to execution on the ground—working closely with both upstream business units (within a matrix structure) and downstream warehouse teams to ensure successful delivery.

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have solid experience managing end-to-end DC/warehouse projects – including greenfield/brownfield setups, and transformation initiatives from design to execution.
• Are well-versed in solution design and warehouse automation – such as ASRS, conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, pick-to-light/voice, and WMS integration, with a strong grasp of space utilization and process flow.
• Have led equipment and technology implementation – working with vendors and internal teams on project delivery, including feasibility studies and ROI analysis.
• Can manage diverse stakeholders – effectively working across business units, operations, and leadership teams within a matrix structure.
