What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a multi-channel social media strategy (Facebook, IG, TikTok, Zalo, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Manage and grow online communities, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
- Lead PR initiatives, influencer marketing, and outreach programs, including offline events.
- Monitor social trends, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Create compelling content and visuals that tell our brand story.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in social media or community marketing, ideally within a start-up or fast-paced digital environment.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Hands-on experience with influencer management and social media agencies.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools and campaign performance metrics.
- A creative, data-driven mindset with a passion for building communities.
- Bonus: Experience in marketplace, tech, or influencer marketing industries.
