Job Description: Our client, a prominent player in the energy sector, is seeking an experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager. The workplace is strategically located in Bangkok.
Business Focus:
- Renewable Energy / Solar PPA / Energy Efficiency
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 18:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate existing sales channels, implementing loyalty programs with business introducers (EPC, Telesales, etc.)
- Develop new sales channels, fostering leads/opportunities and exploring partnerships with industrial zones and other relevant channels
- Conduct in-depth research for identifying new market segments, opportunities, and client preferences
- Forecast market trends and monitor competitor offers
- Generate innovative ideas to promote the brand and solutions
- Develop business cases supporting new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and marketing plans
- Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
- Enhance visibility through effective SEO & SEM strategies
- Direct management of the “Communication and Marketing” Manager, overseeing branding and communication activities
Education:
- Major in Marketing or a relevant field
- Dual expertise in engineering and marketing preferred
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Business Administration or equivalent
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a Marketing Strategist
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
- Experience with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude
- Independent and proactive attitude, with the ability to be a team player
- Fluent in Thai and English (TOEIC > 650)
- Extensive travel within Thailand required to meet customers
