Connexus is thrilled to be partnering with an incredibly fast growth eCommerce business on a newly created Head of Sales, Offline Channels. We are seeking a highly strategic sales leader to design the offline sales strategy for the business.
In this position…
- You will be tasked with high level strategic tasks, including designing and implementing processes for the department,
- You will design the GTM strategy, and oversee the company’s sales operations,
- You will own the P&L – your strategies will have a direct impact on how sales will convert,
- You will manage 2 direct reports AND build your own team
We are looking for…
- At least 3 years of industry experience, either in e-commerce or startups (or both!)
- Proven leadership skills, to be able to build and lead high performing teams
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment
