My client is a leading Footwear Multi-national Business who is seeking for an E-Commerce Manager to join their dynamic team.
As the E-Commerce Manager, you will:
- Own the brand.com P&L, managing performance to exceed high growth targets
- Monitor KPIs and optimize traffic, conversion rate, orders, AOV, and Opt-ins
- Improve brand.com end-to-end experience using analytics and user testing
- Own marketplace P&L and establish a strong presence on marketplaces
- Develop assortment and pricing strategies for online channels
- Develop and execute promotion and marketing strategies for each channel
- Manage user experience of the website and optimize checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with category managers to optimize product life cycle across marketplaces
- Create a strong industry network to understand competitive landscape
- Define KPIs and execute customer experience across channels
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing/E-Commerce or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience as an E-Commerce Manager in B2C retail shoes/fashion industry
- Prior experience in brand.com or enablers and marketplaces
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
