You will be leading the Regional Manufacturing and Engineering activities in terms of both strategic and in implementation. The main focus will be to drive change and implement World Class Manufacturing to the organization.
The goal is to lead all manufacturing and engineering activities which include 10+ sites across the region. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to raise your ideas to improve the processes. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
