You will be a key person to help build Asia R&D center from scratch to support the product development and introduction to the region.

The goal is to drive innovation, sustainability and product quality business in Asia. In addition, you will be responsible for change management and digital transformation with focus on local consumer insight. You will be reporting directly to the Head of R&D – Global.

The position is open in Malaysia, Singpore and Thailand as they are the key locations in the region which you will be part of the R&D leadership team. So, you will have an opportunity to take your career to the next level.
